Prior to our first meeting, we'll prepare a preliminary COMPARATIVE MARKET ANALYSIS to get an idea of your homes real value. Upon viewing your property and getting more information from you, we'll fine tune that analysis and review the similarities and differences between your home and comparable homes that are both active and recently sold.

We can offer advice on 'staging' your home for showings, offering tips to really make it stand out from the crowd, and also on preparing your home for sale, which improvements are helpful and which ones are not worth it.

Once we have a full list of the homes amenities we'll list it in detail in the Pikes Peak Multiple Listing Service as well as the METROLIST, the MLS serving the greater Denver area. In addition to both MLS coverage areas, your properties details will be entered on this web site and automatically uploaded to almost a dozen different web sites. Of course we'll set up a yard sign with a brochure box and color flyers describing your property. We do advertise in several local publications and regularly distribute color flyers to each of the real estate agents and all of the agencies in town.
